This classic sparkling blend of predominately Chardonnay and some Pinot Noir has been used to create an elegant wine with lively lemon fruit characters, with an appealing yeast flavour, and a fresh clean finish.

Pale Straw in colour. The wine has a lifted, delicate nose with fresh lemon zest, green apple and pear notes whichare enhanced by a subtle savoury complexity. The palate is fresh, fruit driven with a fine persistent bead. Layers of cream and softness, derived from the bottle fermentation are complemented by the crisp, clean finish.

Notes of dark cherry, violets and spice dominate the nose. Palate: The palate is full and structured, yet elegant with flavors of luscious dark cherry balanced with a fine mineral acidity.
