Domaine de Chevalier uses traditional methods when making their flavoursome white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Fermentation occurs in oak casks and is then aged for 18th in oak, some of which is new. This practice was abandoned by many in Graves, only to be (rightfully) regenerated to allow wines of substance and character to be produced once again. Chevalier's Blanc is a wine that is taut and restrained that opens up over a six to eight year period to reveal a wine of supreme delicacy.

Made from one of the oldest Languedoc grapes, Belardent is an outstanding white wine from the Mediterranean sea shores. Carefully crafted according to Appellation winemaking specification, it also benefits from the winemaking history of its production area. Refreshing, it has lovely aromas of citrus and mineral flavours that will get along perfectly with seafood delights! The Picpoul de Pinet winegrowing area runs along the southern French coast, separated from the waves of the Mediterranean only by the Etang de Thau. This lagoon is Frances second largest lake. Harboured by the town of Sète, it is famous for its delicious oysters that are the perfect combination for a Picpoul de Pinet. The Picpoul de Pinet terroir consists of a triangle bounded by Agde, Pézenas and Sète : a limestone plateau basking in the rising sun covered with highly perfumed garrigue, rows of vines, and scattered pine groves. Thanks to its terroir, the region produces mineral wines with lovely and refreshing citrus aromas.

The wine tastes remarkably good: concentrated, aromatic, and complex. The speed with which the grapes became concentrated preserved magnificent vivaciousness. The wines are truly brilliant.

Pinot Gris truly dry and gastronomic which reveals itself at the table! Rich and rounded, although still dry, it is ideal with terrines, white meats and fish in sauce. Of all the Alsace varieties, Pinot Gris has the greatest ageing potential. Famille Hugel was established in 1639 by Hans Ulrich Hugel and is one of the regions most loved producers and largest landholders with in excess of 120 hectares of vineyards to their name. Situated in Riquewihr the estate has over the years built an enviable reputation for the consistency and quality of its wines. The Hugel label wines are the companies negoce offerings, the Tradition range is often a blend of purchased and estate grown fruit and the Jubilee range comes solely from the estates own vineyards. The Vendange Tardive and Selection de Grains Nobles wines from the domaine are considered to be some of the finest in Alsace.

Very pale straw. The first impression is of intense flinty, minerally notes verging on gunpowder. Beingtypically aromatic, the wine opens up with air, taking on more fruity nuances, inparticular of ripe pear. The structure is defined by wonderful balance. The style is vigorous and frank, with asurprisingly rich middle palate, finishing with lively vivacity. Domaine ChristianSalmon Sancerre leaves one with an overall sensation of elegance and harmony. The bunches are lightly crushed as soon as they arrive to the winery. The must is pumped into stainless steel tanks and left to cold settle before the fermentation, which occurs naturally. The temperature of the ferment is closely monitored to avoid any possible risk of oxidation and to retain freshness and aroma. The wine is racked and a minimal addition of sulphur dioxide is made as required. The wine is rested in tank prior to bottling. Domaine Christian Salmon is looking to preserve the typical flavours and aromas of Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre, and no oak treatment is involved in the production. Domaine Christian Salmon is a family owned estate in the Coteaux Buetons, covering 15 hectares within the appellation of Sancerre Blanc and 3.25 hectares for Pouilly Fume. For six generations the Salmon family has been growing grapes and making wine with care, finesse and passion. The wines are in a classic, fresh and zesty style reliant on indigenous ferments, a very slow and gentle crush and extended time on lees in tank. Today Armand Salmon farms two main soil types in Sancerre: Terres blanches (clay-limestone), on the westernmost hills and Caillottes, (very stony and limestone rich). In the commune of Pouilly-sur-Loire, Domaine Christian Salmon's unique vineyard "Clos des Criots" is located in the centre of the village. The soils are marls rich in oyster fossils (Kimmeridgian) and Villiers limestone.

The grapes are grown in the undulating landscape of the Languedoc Roussillon region. Warm sunny growing conditions are moderated by cooler nights. The fresh Tramontone breeze which blows in a south-easterly direction, carries dry cold air from the Atlantic Ocean across the vineyards and acts like an air conditioner in the Summer heat. Minimal-intervention and organic principles are employed in the vineyards and cool fermentation techniques promote varietal aromatics, suppleness and clarity of fruit. Jean Claude Mas has created a modern style that brings the latest in technology but also reflects the artisanal nature of viticulture and wine making. The brand motif harks back to childhood times when Jean Claude Mas took out his mothers moped into the vineyards and forest tracks around his home. Pale yellow with golden highlights. A well-balanced nose of passionfruit, pineapple, and peach evolving to buttery notes, coconut milk and honey. The palate is fresh and incisive with good amplitude and creamy persistence, followed by floral, menthol aromas, and notes of mango, toasted bread, honey and vanilla.
