Traditional wine making: grapes harvested at perfect ripeness, one or two weeks of alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperatures. The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled. Pale yellow with green glints, discreet aromas of stewed fruits finishing on the palate with good length.

Château Mouton-Rothschilds dry Bordeaux white is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle, all planted within 4.5 hectares of vines. It is one of the few Bordeaux whites that is subject to malolactic fermentation. Ripe, intense, and elegant, stone fruit and citrus dominate the palate of this wine, with a line of racy acidity to add freshness.

Subtle nose with subtle hints of white flowers, honeysuckle and sage. Round and supple in the mouth, this wine reveals beautiful minerality, freshness and a slight bitterness on the finish.
