For 150 years the Barossa has created some of Australia’s greatest Shiraz wines. Dark Corner is not a Grange pretender, nor a wine you must cellar for 20 years. Visit the quality obsessed winery of Deep Woods and you'll find winemaker Julian Langworthy working his magic. He's behind their recent 97 point 'Best Cabernet in Show' - which also won the 2016 Jimmy Watson Trophy! Perfumed with spice, pepper, chocolate, plum and boysenberry with underlying violet notes and cedary oak richness.

19 Crimes turned criminals into colonists. Upon conviction, British rogues, guilty of at least one of the 19 Crimes, were sentenced to live in Australia, rather than death. The 19 Crimes Shiraz is full of flavours of raspberries, dark plums, and chocolate. Plush tannins provide a lingering finish.

This is Shiraz, refreshed. Sorbet Wild Berry Shiraz is a refreshing take on a classic red, with intense flavours of lifted fresh berries that perfectly complement the Shiraz fruit profile. Aromas of berry fruits with peppery Ribena varietal characters make for a red that's as fresh as it is fun. Serve it chilled or at room temperature - whatever refreshment suits the moment.

Proudly, a wine style that hasn’t succumbed to the dictates of fashion or commerce. St Henri is rich and plush when young, gaining soft, earthy, mocha-like characters as it ages. It is matured in old, 1,460 litre vats that allow the wine to develop, imparting minimal, if any oak character. Although a small proportion of Cabernet is sometimes used to improve structure, the focal point for St Henri remains Shiraz.

Tempus Two Merlot is deliciously ripe, lovely flavours of mulberry fruit with some earthiness and spice. Soft tannins complement the finish.

Mullet wines deliver bolder ripe fruit flavours up front with a bigger body and mouthfeel driving a big, long finish. Or like any great mullet, it’s business at the front, party at the back. Hand-crafted and purpose built, these are wines doing all they can to be big on flavour and big on drinkability. Mullet wines putting good times and enjoyment above all else! Big, bold, red berry fruit flavours go into turbo drive with dark chocolate and cedarwood in support. The Mullet Hard Shiraz is a big, delicious and mouth-filling red wine that is unashamedly big on flavour upon opening. Big and delicious, its ready to go.

A charming red of full-flavour and great finesse. Bright ruby colour with an attractive delicately spiced red fruit perfume. In the glass this is silky, succulent, harmonious and very moreish. Roast duck anyone?
