Proudly, a wine style that hasn’t succumbed to the dictates of fashion or commerce. St Henri is rich and plush when young, gaining soft, earthy, mocha-like characters as it ages. It is matured in old, 1,460 litre vats that allow the wine to develop, imparting minimal, if any oak character. Although a small proportion of Cabernet is sometimes used to improve structure, the focal point for St Henri remains Shiraz.

Tempus Two Varietals Tempranillo is produced with expert winemaking techniques including the co-fermentation of crushed grapes in stainless steel tanks. Defined by its rich balance of raspberry, plum and black cherry flavours, this wine is perfect to enjoy with tapas style meals.

This Dolce displays aromas of fresh florals and strawberries which leads to a rich upfront palate of red berry fruits, balanced by silky smooth tannins.

This is Shiraz, refreshed. Sorbet Wild Berry Shiraz is a refreshing take on a classic red, with intense flavours of lifted fresh berries that perfectly complement the Shiraz fruit profile. The structure of Cabernet Sauvignon meets the richness of Shiraz. A benchmark Penfolds wine and one of the most collected wines in Australia. The 2024 Bin 389 combines Shiraz richness with Cabernet structure. Dark plum, blackcurrant and cassis lead to a medium-full palate of dark cherry, spiced oak and firm yet supple tannins. Penfolds Bin 95 Grange Shiraz is Australian wine royalty the equal of any 1st Growth or Grand Cru. The architect of the modern Australian wine industry, Max Schubert, first created his masterpiece back in 1951 and released his first commercial vintage in 1952. Grange is a superbly perfumed and concentrated wine that combines the intense fruit and ripe tannins while extracting the nuances of new, fine grained American Oak after 20 months careful maturation.
