A rich wood aged dessert wine showing vibrant colour with intense ripe Muscat grapes aromas. The smooth and rich flavours show considerable lusciousness from both retained sweetness and fruit intensity.

A fresh, lively palate of green apple and lemon with hints of toasted biscuit. Pinot Noir (67%) and Chardonnay (33%) sourced from the Josef Chromy's estate vineyard at Relbia in northern Tasmania. Whole bunches of hand-picked fruit are gently pressed to ensure delicate flavours. After primary ferment the wine is tiraged with no malolactic fermentation and disgorged after 18 months on yeast lees to retain crisp, fresh flavours.

This is a full flavoured Chardonnay, exhibiting ripe fruit flavours of peach and melon and hint of nougat for complexity. Finishes smooth with good length.

Made in the sweeter style, this late harvest Riesling shows attractive grapey flavours with some refreshing citrus overtones. Serve well chilled.

A classic Sauv Blanc, this is fresh and zippy with a zesty acidity and a great fruity finish.

Pinot Noir and Grenache grapes went into our delicious Rosé. Squealing Pig Rosé is pale salmon in colour with flavours of strawberry and pink grapefruit, this wine is perfectly crisp and refreshing.

This wine has an array of fruit flavours of melon, fig and peach, these flavours are complimented by spicy oak, the wine finishes soft yet full, with good length.

POMERA Rosé is chosen for its delicate strawberry character, offering a fresh, crisp and fruit-focused expression of South Australian Rosé. Pale salmon in colour, it has lifted aromas of strawberry, subtle plum, raspberry and white rose, with a hint of vanilla. The palate is crunchy, juicy and beautifully balanced, with lively acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Made with delicacy from vineyard to bottle, it is dry Rosé with bright fruit at its heart.

Oily and rich, yet pristine and super fine. The Estandon Saint Louis de Provence Rosé has earthy redcurrants, aniseed spice, crunchy acidity and a fleshy long finish that belies the brilliantly pale colour. It's a delightful summer drinking.
