McWilliam's McWilliam's Mack's Espresso Tawny
Bouquet: Elevated aromas of coffee bean and mocha, complemented by subtle notes of creamy chocolate. Palate: Rich and indulgent, showcasing flavours reminiscent of Kopiko candy, coffee, and chocolate, seamlessly intertwined with notes of raisins and vanilla derived from the Tawny wine base. How to enjoy: The ultimate mixer to create a Biscoff Espresso Martini, White Russian or a good old fashioned Espresso Martini. Pairs exceptionally well with chocolate, ice cream, or mixed nuts, and can also be enjoyed over ice as a refreshing beverage or mix it up to make one of our signature cocktails.
Mullet Hard Tawny
Mullet wines deliver bolder ripe fruit flavours up front with a bigger body and mouthfeel driving a big, long finish. Or like any great mullet, it’s business at the front, party at the back. Hand crafted and purpose built, these are wines doing all they can to be big on flavour and big on drinkability. Mullet wines putting good times and enjoyment above all else.
Hip Sip Tawny
Hip Sip is matured in old oak barrels, which integrated well with the ripe berry fruits and generous mouth fill on the palate. Its is blended skilfully across a number of vintages to obtain the optimum colour and complexity in taste, sweet and nutty. Ideal as after dinner nips or with cheese platters.
Mount Macleod Chardonnay
Expressive aromas of lemon and grapefruit, with subtle mineral overtones and hints of vanilla and spice. A leaner style of Chardonnay with unusual complexity and interest for this sort of price and which will complement a range of dishes.
Maxwell Mead Liqueur
Mead is the oldest fermented drink known to mankind. Liqueur Mead is made by fortifying Mead with a neutral spirit and a selection of herbs and spices. After up to 3 years in oak barrels, it is ready to drink neat or over ice.
Martini Bianco Vermouth
The Italian style of Bianco Vermouth (spicy, with a little sweetness) offers an alternative to the extra dry style for a range of cocktails.
Chambers Rutherglen Liqueur Muscat
Oily in colour and viscosity, aromas of dried apricots, sweet dried Muscat grapes and orange peel abound. The palate has a lovely smooth and viscous mouth feel, with rich, caramel, spicy chocolate-coated dry ginger and orange fruit flavours.
Chambers Rutherglen Dry Flor Apera
Fresh and dry, average of five to eight years. Doesn't exhibit all the typical Flor characteristics, but carries great length, and quite a refreshing finish.
Gonzales Byass Elegante Sweet Cream
Deliciously sweet but not cloying it finishes clean with great length. A delightful cream Sherry that needs to be tried by every enthusiast.
