Cockburn's Fine Ruby Port
Cockburns Fine Ruby is a blend of young, vibrant wines aged for an average of two to three years in oak vats before being blended and bottled ready to enjoy. Full-bodied, with ripe red-fruit flavours and balanced with a fine structure. A lively light ruby colour. On the nose Cockburns Fine Ruby shows fresh and appealing red fruit aromas such as red cherry and raspberry. On the palate its well balanced, with soft fruity flavours that lead to a long elegant finish.
Solear Barbadillo Manzanilla
Manzanilla is a lightly fortified wine, unique to the coastal town of Sanlucar de Barrameda in Southern Spain. Solear is bright, fresh, delicate and extraordinarily dry with a long, nutty, tangy finish. With its pale yellow colour and its light, fragrant aromas, this pleasantly dry Manzanilla is the perfect accompaniment to tapas, appetisers and a range of starters such as Spanish cured ham, artichokes, asparagus, shellfish and salmon.

Kalleske JMK Shiraz VP
Kalleske JMK Vintage fortified has been made in honour of John Malcolm Kalleske who has hand tended the vineyard where the fruit for this fabulous VP is sourced from for over 50 years. Kalleske's first attempt at a vintage fortified has seen it excel beyond belief. A very 'serious' style fortified without any of the candied sweetness sometimes evident in Australian 'ports', but a lip-smacking sweet/savoury blend that is at home more in Portugal than in the Barossa Valley. Chambers Rutherglen Dry Flor Apera
