Jacob Creek Double Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon

Jacobs Creek is rooted in 170 years of winemaking tradition, which began when Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacobs Creek in 1847. His vision was to create great tasting wines that reflect the true character of the grapes and the land. Using the unique Double Barrel technique of finishing in aged Irish whiskey barrels has integrated the myriad of flavours and brought extra richness to the palate of this wine.

Reschke Vitulus Shiraz

The Vitulus 20 displays a dark ruby colour, with aromas of fresh red fruits such as juicy plum and cranberry, followed by subtle touches of forest floor. The palate presents fresh red cherry and juicy plum, complemented by hints of black pepper spice. Fine-grained tannins and subtle toasted oak create a layered wine with length and persistence.

Riddoch Wines The Representative Cabernet Merlot

John Riddoch MHA, who entered South Australia’s parliament (1865) as the South-East’s representative, founded the Coonawarra region (1890) with the aspiration of making the finest wine in the country. The Representative Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot pays homage to this history as an iconic red wine blend for Coonawarra. Blackberry, blueberry and plum flavours with fleshy characters on the palate. Long fine tannins on the palate flow into a generous finish with a long length of flavour.

Katnook Estate Cabernet

Earthy, dark berries and floral aromas. The palate is full bodied, with rich notes of Blackberry, plums and cassis. Earthy notes of forest floor and leather. There's also bay leaf, dried herbs and cedar. The supple tannins frame the wine well with a long finish.

Magarey Lane

This Shiraz delivers bold dark-fruits along with rich red-berry concentrates. Touches of subtle oak and pepper complete the palate, supported by a fine tannin structure.

Brand & Sons Jim Brand Remnants Shiraz Coonawarra

The remnants of an ancient seabed formed the hard-packed Limestone base which atop sits the famous Coonawarra Red Terra-Rossa. Even today the marine life can be seen with the soft rock providing a natural filter for the water pooled in the aquifer below. A millennium in creation, it is these features combined that provide almost perfect conditions for premium grapes to grow. The ocean breeze still blows from the west providing the cool nights to compliment the warm days and development of flavour for our Coonawarra wines.

Brand & Sons Jim Brand Pursuit Cabernet Sauvignon Coonawarra

Producing the Quintessential Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon was one of Jim’s life-long endeavours. His drive, passion and endless pursuit for quality were the enduring attributes to which we all aspire. Jim’s legacy can be seen in each of our wines as we strive to achieve a perfect balance of varietal and regional intensity, but with an elegance and charm which invite and entice the drinker to enjoy a second glass. For Jim.

Brand & Sons Jim Brand Silent Partner Cabernet Sauvignon Coonawarra

Elegant yet powerful Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. Lifted aromas of blackberry and plum, dried sage, mint and tobacco with overlaid with cedar oak notes. An intense and flavour-filled palate of plums, blackberries complemented with sturdy but well balance tannins holding together a long lingering finish.

Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

A round rich palate with a good backbone of tight, but deliciously mouth-watering tannins. Generously flavoured but retaining elegance. Structured to age beautifully over the long term but round enough to be enjoyed while the primary fruits are fresh and vibrant.

Patrick of Coonawarra Methode Eucalypt Cabernet

Welcome to ED.02 of our Methode Eucalypt. After 2020s raging success, we are so excited to release the next vintage. This trial tests the hypothesis that vineyards amongst gum trees take on some aroma and flavour of Eucalyptus. Grapes were mechanically harvested in close proximity to Red Gums into 1T bins. The resultant wine showed significantly increased Eucalyptus aroma and flavour. This matured into a distinctly Australian Cabernet Sauvignon that expresses the environment and place in which it was grown. Balanced minty Or Eucalyptus aromas and flavours add to the Cabernet Sauvignon’s complexity, creating a uniquely Australian wine. It is a wine that expresses terroir in the true sense of the word.
