This pale pink Rosé has aromas of Fresh Strawberries with hints of juicy red cherries. Fresh juicy fruits continue on the palate with a hint of fresh cream.There is a lovely phenolic and acid balance that adds tension and mouthfeel giving the refreshing fruit flavours length.

Côtes des Roses Rosé displays a warm blush colour. It has aromas of summer fruits, cassis and floral notes on the nose. The palate is full and fresh with great balance of fruits and acidity. A great summer drink to enjoy over a Sunday picnic or brunch.

These beverages also reflect their creators: Caroline, a specialized oenologist with expertise in the wines and secret terroirs of Provence, and Romain, a wine technician, amateur botanist, and lover of the Mediterranean scrubland. A myriad of mulberry, wild thyme and enticing savoury undertones are interwoven with layers of ripe summer berries. The palate displays both generosity and restraint, with plump and supple tannins that are supported by an amalgam of summer ripened plums.
