Richard Hamilton Little Road Shiraz

This is definitive McLaren Vale Shiraz rich and generous in flavour with vibrant pepper and spice on the nose and a typically strong hint of dark chocolate.Little Road is estate-grown by a leading McLaren Vale (and Coonawarra) producer and made by veteran, Jimmy Watson Trophy-winning winemaker Paul Gordon, who matured it for 16 months in mainly French (with some American) oak.

Hancock & Hancock Shiraz Grenache

Restrained and supple, lots of ripe dark plum, pepper and spice of Shiraz with the rose petal perfume lift and red cherry taste of Grenache. Lovely lightness and brightness to the back palate with a faint dried herbal and savoury edge, making it terrific immediate drinking but will cellar nicely for 5-10 years.

Hither & Yon Rosé

Hither & Yon took out the Bushing King award at the 2019 McLaren Vale wine show. They are leaders in working with alternative varieties.Pale pink in the glass. Cherry, watermelon, cranberry and dried herb aromas. Juicy, fresh and vibrant with a bright core of red fruit flavour, mouth-watering acidity and a chalky, savoury finish. A cracking Rose' with excellent all-round appeal.

Alpha Box & Dice Tarot Rose

Tarot Rosé is our transformation wine – infusing white wine with red to create something completely new. We use the ripasso method to our advantage here, steeping the white wine blend of Chardonnay and Riesling on Aglianico and Grenache skins. Think of it like a tea – how the water absorbs colour, texture, flavour and tannin from the leaves. After the process – a new rosé is born. Sure, it's a little unconventional, but since when did AB&D bow to convention?

Clarendon Hills Hickinbotham Vineyard Old Vines Grenache

Yangarra Shiraz

Yangarra Estate is a biodynamic wine farm in the McLaren Vale devoted solely to producing wines from the best grape varieties of the southern Rhone. Shiraz from the Yangarra estate vineyard adopts more of a cooler climate expression than the typical McLaren Vale style, thanks to the vineyards elevation and cooling night breezes from the nearby Southern Lofty Ranges, but retains concentration and complexity. lots of lifted violet aromas, with fresh cherries and plums, with a soft and juicy palate and fine elegant tannins.

Pirramimma Shiraz

Pirramimma Shiraz is full-fruited and powerful, with sweet plum and mocha along with cinnamon notes and dark chocolate which are all typical regional characters of McLaren Vale.

Mr Riggs Piebald Syrah

This wine, a Piebald, meaning black and white, is a co-fermentation of the blackest Syrah grapes, with a hatful of the purest white Viognier. Deep in colour, the wine is almost black, yet is also vibrant and bright. The nose is perfumed with apricots, spice and liquorice; a pretty, fragrant wine with a sweet juice and velvety palate. The finish is elegant with savoury spice and a fine tannin length and persistence.

Maxwell Mead Liqueur

Mead is the oldest fermented drink known to mankind. Liqueur Mead is made by fortifying Mead with a neutral spirit and a selection of herbs and spices. After up to 3 years in oak barrels, it is ready to drink neat or over ice.

Willunga 100 Shiraz Viognier

Willunga 100 was born out of the dream and vision of 3 industry icons, David Gleave MW, Michael Hill-Smith MW and John Ratcliffe to produce region specific wines that deliver true Australian value and quality. A supremely structured Shiraz with juicy, brambly fruit accompanied by an integrated peachiness with delicious length.
