In the glass its vibrant plum red in colour, with a complex nose of spiced plums and dark chocolate backed with earth and spice. This wine is soft and fleshy and full of all the good dark fruits; plum and blackcurrant. It's seamless in the mouth with juicy fruit favours on the palate. A light tannic structure, vibrant acid and a long savoury finish.

Unmistakably, Grange, this 2012 vintage is complex, flamboyant and lifted. An aromatic multi-cultural characteristics. The earthiness is well integrated with the aromas of dark fruits, grounded coffee, red liquorice and black olives, which leads to a firmly structured finish.

Printhie Mountain Range Shiraz is a fragrant and spicy wine displaying a bright violet red colour. Complex aromas and flavours of blackberries, chocolate and cedary oak are abundant in the wine. Fusing with the earthy nuances and mid-palate richness are long and fine tannins, ultimately ending the drink in a lengthy finish. Appropriate for drinking young, this red wine matches well with dark chocolate, barbecue flavours and red meat dishes like grilled lamb chops.

The extensive vineyard is Certified Organic, and adopts natural, sustainable, farming practices to ensure vigorous growth of the grapevines. Named after our daughter Primrose, and in honour of her, this wine was made using the best quality Shiraz grapes we could find, an unusual practice with Rosé wines! The result is an elegant, dry wine with a light pink hue, exhibiting delicate aromas of berry and rose petals. Delicious flavours of strawberry and watermelon with a clean, crisp finish.
