A Retief Gundagai Rose

The Rose is made solely from Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the Retief familys bio-dynamic vineyard near Wagga, and is made in the typical Provencal style of southern France with zero residual sugar, but palate texture and length.

Affentals unique name derives from a pilgrimage chapel, which stood near the grapevines. The origin of the Affental Wine Cooperative dates back to the year 1908. At the time, 24 winegrowers founded the Natural Winegrowing Association of Affental. From this, todays Affental Viticultural Cooperative was created over the years with approximately 240 hectares of vineyards. L'EXUBERANCE ROSE DU Clos Cantenac Rose

Bordeaux rosé, typically over 90% Merlot, with small proportions of the Cabernets Franc and Sauvignon. Pale yet vibrant pink right to the rim with a nose of savoury red fruits, elegant and with an attractive leafy note, leading to a creamy, textural palate of fresh red fruits, lightly spiced and with refreshing acidity leading into a long finish with a hint of redcurrant. Ideally, drink within two years of vintage.

Vignobles Berthier Clément & Florian Coteaux du Giennois

The Berthier family have been winegrowers for five generations, with Clement and Florian taking over the reins in 2012 to continue the family tradition. Clement is responsible for winemaking and sales, while Florian is focused on the vineyards. Coteaux du Giennois, located northwest of Pouilly-Fume on the right bank of the Loire river, is the family's flagship appellation. Here, the terroir composed mainly of flint, limestone, and marl, ideal for expressive and exotic Sauvignon Blanc. The wine opens up with aromas of white flowers, citrus, and exotic fruits such as gooseberries, kiwi and passionfruit, with a lovely softness and elegance on the palate.

Mont Rocher Cabernet Franc

CABERNET FRANC, VIEILLES VIGNES IGP Pays D'Oc Grapes are harvested from high altitude, hillside vineyards in the Haute Vallée of Limoux, which sit on rugged limestone rich soils. It is here some our old vine Cabernet Franc is grown and crafted to display purity of fruit. Picked at their optimal ripeness, in mid September, the grapes are de-stemmed then crushed. There is a cold pre-ferment maceration for 5 days, before a classical fermentation for 8 to 10 days in stainless steel tank. Malolactic fermentation before bottling. “Luscious and mouth-watering, blackcurrant and redcurrant fruit characters. Fresh and vibrant with a twist of nutmeg and clove through to the finish."
