This Domaine Paul Jaboulet Côtes du Rhône takes its name from the 45th North parallel which runs two kilometres from the cellars of Maison Paul Jaboulet. Their wine has had this name since the beginning of the 1950s. Elegant and aromatic Grenache blend, with red fruits blended with spices. Well-structured on rounded tannins, with a final spicy note.
Domane Wachau Blauer Zweigelt
These wines are medium ruby red with intense purple highlights. Fruit-driven aromas of wild strawberry, blackberry are accompanied by forest soil, hints of clove and black pepper fragrances. The palate is medium-bodied and elegant. The mouth-watering acidity balances the soft tannins to make this Zweigelt an enjoyable and pleasant red wine.

A delicious modern Australian version of an old world classic. This is a full bodied wine with complex layers of flavour. At its core is rich blackcurrant, and dark cherry, beautifully melding with dark chocolate and hints of charry oak with supple underlying tannins. Overall a very generous, balanced and most enjoyable wine.

A blend of 60% Grenache, 23% Shiraz and 17% Nero, producing a fresh, vibrant and silken red wine. Only old oak is used, allowing the fruit to shine.Medium garnet. Hi-octane iodine, prune, leather, earth and bacon bone. Rich, spicy harmony throughout with a brooding mix of juicy raspberry and plum, fine tannins and spicy acidity. Shows lovely textural elements on the long, well balanced finish.

Hither & Yon Touriga Tempranillo
51% Touriga and 49% Tempranillo. Although both quite tannic varieties, winemaker Peter Leask has crafted a youthful yet surprisingly supple drop. Delicious!Deep red to crimson. Fragrant nose of violets, blackberry, mulberry, tobacco and vanilla. Ripe black and purple fruit, with a seductively plush texture, some attractive cigar box and leather complexity, and a powerful finish. Yet to show its best.

This blend of Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Pinot Gris has been blended to create a beautiful wine made to be enjoyed chilled. the Limestone Coast Pinot Noir has been blended with the Barossa Shiraz and Pinot Gris which are co fermented. This results in a light, bright blend that displays lifted notes of raspberry and blackberry jube with hints of mint. The resulting palate defies the appearence and bright bouquet with long, fine tannis adding wonderful balance and persistence which becomes a highlight of this wine.
