Oakdene Petas Pinot Noir
Oakdene Petas Pinot Noir is garnet in colour, with an intense bouquet of cherry, spice, mocha and smoked meats, leading to sweet cherry, briar and hints of clove. The mid palate offers earthy cherry, plum notes, and some spice and whole bunch characters, firm tannins and a long finish. 15% whole bunches, wild yeast and matured in French oak puncheons (30% new) for 11 months bottled without fining and light filtration. Enjoy now or cellar for 5 to 9 years.

Paringa Estate's The Paringa Shiraz is a multi-trophy winning wine that has been carefully selected from barrels prior to bottling due to the stand-out quality that was easily identifiable. Sourced from Lindsay McCall's estate, this Shiraz is almost eternal in flavour length and intensity. Flavours of plum, raspberry, redcurrant are accompanied by black pepper, anise and vanilla. Oakdene Wines Bellarine Peninsula Shiraz
Deep crimson purple. Bright lifted savoury bouquet of, spicy black fruits and pepper. The palate juicy and fresh with red, purple and black fruits with cool-grown pepper and spice. Medium bodied, fine tannin and balanced acidity. Fermented in small open top pots, then matured in mainly seasoned French oak barriques for 11 months. Enjoy now or over the next 2 to 8 years.
Oakdene Wines Single Vineyard William Shiraz
Deep red purple. Intense bouquet of white pepper, spice and abundant black and red fruits leading to slightly sappy whole bunch notes. Medium bodied palate, with savoury dark berry fruit characters, licorice, spice and white pepper notes. Ripe tannins and well-integrated French oak. Balanced acidity, and a long savoury finish. Shiraz was destemmed, (with 20% included as whole bunches) and then fermented using wild yeast in small open vats peaking at 30 degrees C with extended maceration on skins post ferment. Pressed to barrel for malolactic fermentation and matured in French oak barriques (30% new) for 16 months and bottled in August 2018.Enjoy now with food or cellar for 5 to 15 years.
Farr Rising Saignee Rose
The Farr Rising winemaking team treats the making of their saignée rosé very seriously, giving it the full barrel ferment treatment to add layers of complexity and a smidge of savouriness. Bright pink, tinged with magenta; this isn't a rose so much as a high quality Pinot Noir table wine, complexed by barrel fermentation; immaculate length and balance. A seriously good rosé with few peers.

Oakdene Wines Single Vineyard Bernard's Cabernets
Inspired by the red wines of Bordeaux, this vineyard blend changes to reflect each vintage and to preserve our house-style. Merlot 71%, Cabernet Franc 16% and Cabernet Sauvignon 13%. Deep crimson in colour. Complex bouquet of ripe mulberry and blackcurrant fruits with some leafy notes adding freshness. Medium bodied palate dominated by juicy red and black fruit notes and a refreshing tobacco leaf edge. Balanced by a firm but fine tannin backbone, fresh acidity and elegant, classic, bright red fruit characters. Co-fermented using wild yeast and matured in new (30%) and seasoned French oak barriques for 16 months. Enjoy now with food or cellar for 5 to 12 years.
