Brimming with rose petal and cranberry aromas. The palate explodes with the flavours of fresh juicy raspberries and redcurrants finishing with a lingering pomegranate feel. Chapel Hill have opted for a drier style, as this in combination with the textural mouth feel showcases the intricacies of Sangiovese and also allows for the wine to be enjoyed with food.

Pale colour with a green tinge. Citrus, hazelnuts, brioche, complex and lifted aromas. Finesse and complexity on the palate, lively with good weight and balance.

Paracombe Chardonnay is a pale straw hued wine displaying light green tints. The attractive bouquet exudes mesmerising scents of fig and lemon soufflé, with light suggestions of minerality. The palate is delicate and structured, brimming with fresh flavours of peach, melon and creamy apple. These beautiful characters are supported by natural acidity, culminating the wine in a long, balanced and stylish finale. This wonderful Chardonnay tastes marvellous with crab cakes, pizza margherita and bay scallop chowder.

An easy drinking traditional style, the Di Giorgio Lucindale Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay NV was carefully crafted using 100% Limestone Coast fruit. In the glass: Pale salmon/copper blush. On the nose: Crisp citrus, red apple and raspberry fruit lift.On the palate: Rich and ripe, it features beautiful layers of strawberry and cream complemented by berry basket characters. Very flavoursome, it has a leesy mid-palate richness and displays a fine vein of minerally acidity.

This Tomich Hill Pinot Grigio has zesty citrus characters, balanced by just a touch of honey-like richness, and is complimented by a wonderful flinty crisp finish. This wine has a freshness that makes it enjoyable by many.

Grown in Italy and around the Mediterranean but now in our vineyard. A go to summer wine for drinking chilled and with seafood and white meats.
