A beautiful French rosé in colour, the bouquet presents delicate notes of strawberries and red berries such asraspberries and fresh cherries. The palate dances nicely between fresh fruits, citrus characters and a lovely clean, crisp finish.

Pale Straw in colour. The wine has a lifted, delicate nose with fresh lemon zest, green apple and pear notes whichare enhanced by a subtle savoury complexity. The palate is fresh, fruit driven with a fine persistent bead. Layers of cream and softness, derived from the bottle fermentation are complemented by the crisp, clean finish.

This Gold medal-winning Sparkling Shiraz has been sourced from McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek vineyards and has lovely smoothness thanks to ageing in old French oak. Deep garnet with a touch of brick, it presents lifted cassis, olive, plum and beetroot aromas. Vibrant and layered, the palate has a refreshing mix of sweet red fruits with touches of spice, juicy texture, firm tannins and generous length.

Aromas of toasty brioche and delicate citrus subtly emerge from the fine beads. Full and crisp flavours of apples with lengthy creamy structure. Fine and subtle.

This delicious sparkling Moscato flaunts a pretty pink colour. A swirl of the wine reveals a highly fragrant bouquet of musk candy. The palate is rich with floral and musk stick characters, accompanied by juicy natural sweetness. Fine spritz brings the drink to life. This wine has been crafted for consumption upon its release. Serve it as an apéritif, with tapas or canapés.

Aroma/Palate: Made from the classic Hunter white varieties semillon (70%) and chardonnay (30%). The semillon provides great freshness with its citrus acidity, while the chardonnay lends this wine a wonderful balance and fullness on the palate. Croser was created as it was believed that the right region in Australia could produce sparkling wine to rival Champagne. That region is Piccadilly in the Adelaide Hills. The first vintage of Croser was released in 1985 and the winemaking philosophy continues today starting in the vineyard where all the vines are hand pruned, the grapes hand picked, the fruit whole bunch pressed, and the wines hand crafted in the traditional method. As is the tradition with non vintage Champagne, this wine is a blend of the current vintage Croser with reserve wine from several older vintages, with each vintage adding distinctive qualities to the final blend.
