Persistent like few wines, it has a complexity in the mouth that is long and varied, as befitting a great wine. Years of aging in a vat and in the bottle give it roundness and fullness, resulting in a smooth and delicate drink. Aroma : Its aromatic complexity is very wide and varies over time. In the early years of its life, its aromas remind of peach, pineapple, lime, and hawthorn. Over time, these fruity aromas fade, giving way to honey, thyme, sage, almond, and camomile. Even further along in time, the aromatic picture becomes more complex, making room for incense, hazelnut, sulfur, wet stone, and passion fruit. This wine is medium to light straw in colour with a fresh green hue on the edges. The aroma is brimming with citric lemon and lime essence and hints of herbaceousness. There are tropical fruit flavours throughout with a crisp acidic finish.
