Introducing Cedar Fox Distilling Co, a newcomer to the Australian independent spirits space with the release of its gin. Made using 100% Australian grown rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. Pepper famed bourbon distiller, who then introduced it to New York high society during his frequent visits to the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel bar in New York. They clearly embraced it, given how the infamous Mad Men had such a taste for it 80 years later in the 1960s Manhattan advertising scene. The Old Fashioned has had a makeover or two over its time. But this smooth, bitter, sweet simplicity of Bulleit Straight Bourbon Whiskey, traditional Angostura Bitters, and sugar cane syrup is a tonic that Don Draper himself would approve of.Serving Suggestions:Serve Dr Onyx Old Fashioned gently swirled in a short glass over ice, with a twist of orange zest. Pinch the zest so the oils spray over the drink before dropping it into the glass.

Tequila is known to aid digestion and help lower blood sugar. So, this is the perfect preparatory tonic for those with plans for a Mexican style feast.
