Gorgeous Grenache displays a beautifully perfumed nose with hints of violets and wild strawberry. The palate is succulent, juicy and Pinot-like in its profile while the finish is savoury and moreish. Sourced from a number of vineyards in The Barossa and McLaren Vale regions of South Australia. All vineyards are vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine. The 2014 Yalumba Y Series Tempranillo has aromas of blueberry, black cherry and fennel seed leaping from the glass. It is juicy and plush on the palate with apparent dark berries and mocha tannins. The finish is rustic and savoury. Enjoy with salt and pepper grilled lamb cutlet.

With over 33% more wine than a normal bottle, Hardys have made a Chardonnay with ripe fruit aromas of peach and melon. Round and flavoursome on the palate with a touch of oak and appealing freshness on the finish.

This delightful rosé exhibits a perfumed bouquet of assorted red fruits and aromatic red rose water. This upbeat nose shifts to a light and crunchy textured palate offering light red fruits. There is a lovely balancing tang to the wine.

Hardys have produced an easy drinking Cabernet, with attractive soft berry flavours which flow easily across the palate and gentle tannins on the finish. Bottled in the larger format 1L bottles, there's now more to go around!

This is a medium bodied wine with typical black and red berry fruit flavour, subtle cigar box and light vanilla. The wine is soft and carries long delivering a very satisfying array of flavours that will marry perfectly with many red meat dishes.

A relative newcomer on the Australian wine scene, Pinot Grigio offers a real alternative to the more traditional white varieties. Yalumba provide an exellent example here with a spicy, flavoursome, textured and a great food match styled wine.
