Hailing from northern Italy, the Lubiana family have been winemakers for generations. Since 1990 Stefano has continued his family's legacy in the pristine vineyards of Tasmania. The fruit for this wine comes from some of the best vineyards in Derwent River. Stefano's care and meticulous attention to detail, result in a wine of both power and elegance.

Geoff Merrill's winery in the Mt Hurtle south of Adelaide has been making wines that express variety, vintage and terroir with as little intervention from the winemaker as possible. A recent addition to the Petaluma stable, the Petaluma of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon is a great example of modern Australian winemaking when let to mingle with traditional wine estate and aged vineyards. Notes of dark chocolate, mocha, espresso and forest floor sit alongside bold blackcurrant fruit and cedar nuances. The finish is long and sustained.

Produced from 30 year old vines situated in the southern end of the Barossa Valley the Cameron Vale Cabernet shows pronounced mint and blackcurrant flavours. Cellar for 3 - 5 years.

Ruby red in colour with lifted aromas of eucalypt and blackberries. The medium to full-bodied palate exudes a lovely early note of caramel balanced with delicious blackberry undertones bound together by fine, velvety tannins. Perfect with Lamb Roast, shanks, ragu or chops. No preservatives to this wine to produce a young, fresh and vibrant red to be consumed in its youth.

This "Quarram Rocks" range is named after a beautiful protected bay in the Southern Ocean. The wines are crafted into “ready to drink now” styles that show great fruit depth and mouth feel. The label depicts the various granitic rocks that crop out over the region.

This is a rich and vibrant wine, displaying a stunning depth of colour with a bright ruby red rim, the palate comes alive with flavours of ripe cherries, blueberries, blackberries and currants, wonderfully balanced and encompassed in an elegant veil of soft tannins that leads to a remarkably long smooth and pure finish.
