Chapel Hill's Cabernet Sauvignon is a superb McLaren Vale wine which rivals others well beyond its price range. Generous blackcurrant, dark cherries, cedar and spice mixed in with fine, firm tannins. This wine can be enjoyed now but will continue to improve with a few years in the cellar.

Macedonias wine history dates back before Alexander and was considered one of the best wine making regions by the Roman empire. Today, Macedonia is continuing its rich wine heritage with modern interpretations of both indigenous and international varieties. A perfect blend of all of these qualities is the SYNTHESIS, a blend of native Vranec with Cabernet and Merlot, aged for 8 months in Macedonian oak barrels, the wine is dense and concentrated with a soft tannin structure and a savoury edge.

Taylors Reserve Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate.

Il Corzanello is the medieval, fortified farmhouse on the property and its namesake bottling is made from a hand harvested blend of roughly 50% younger vine Sangiovese 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot Spicy bright red fruit character cinnamon anise and alpine herbs. Packed full of mint, blackcurrants, spice and cedary oak, this wine is indicative of how a great the 2004 vintage was. Drinking beautifully now.

A typically elegant Yarra Cabernet. The nose shows cassis and blackberry aromas with subtle cedary oak and the palate has a silky mouthfeel with sweet berry flavours and a lovely lingering finish.
