Aromatic dry white, pale straw with vibrant green hues with attractive nectarine, white peach, and fresh lemon zest aromas. Lively and fresh with stone fruit, rockmelon, and lime peel characters balanced with crisp acidity and a lifted finish.

This unique Fleurieu Malbec with its distinctive purple colour and intense fruit brightness of red plums, blueberries and undertones of cocoa creates a stylish textural style. The black fruit power provides mouth filling richness with persistent mouth coating tannins.

After 7 days, the skins are basket pressed and the wine is matured on yeast lees for 12 months; six months in seasoned french oak followed by six months in stainless steel. When we bottle, its unfiltered, with just a squirt of sulphur, to keep it fresh.
