Produced in a truly Mediterranean climate on the south west corner of the beautiful island of Sardinia. This Riesling is a fragrantly perfumed wine with intense varietal characters. Refreshing green apple, lemon and lime characters are displayed as both lifted aromas and flavours, and linger with a clean crisp texture.

This Pinot Gris is perfumed and lifted fruit-driven wine with abundant vibrant pear, apple and peach characters. Crisp and fresh with a rounded mid palate and the wine lingers with complex fresh fruit flavours.

This Sauvignon Blanc captures the youthful and vibrant perfume of our cool climate vineyards. Bursting with fragrant pear, apple and white floral characters, this wine is ready for immediate enjoyment.

This is fun winemaking at it best. A little soak of the juice on skins, a press in the basket press and let the ferment get going. The ferment was stopped by fortification with Brandy Spirit to leave a sweat’ish wine that is now stored in ex Australian Whisky barrels. The wine will continue to evolve the barrel developing complexity from the wood and previous contents. Best fresh from the barrel, it is bottled as required. Each label has the date of bottling hand written on it. This is a single vintage fortified.

With the name of Tim Adams behind this exciting Riesling, it isn't hard to see why many have fallen in love with the wonderful, casual style aromatic white. Rich in lemon curd, lime aromas and flavour and with a touch of sweetness, this wine lends itself to some easy food matching; especially with Asian cuisine. Mouth-watering acidity and length of flavour will have you also falling in love with great Clare Valley Riesling.

This Pinot Gris combines fruit from premium sites in Central Otago, including Maude's mature family owned vineyard in Wanaka, Mt Maude. This Pinot gris has typical aromas of ripe pear, quince and brioche lead onto a rich textured palate where whole bunch pressing and partial barrel fermentation has created complexity.

A beautiful textural Chardonnay displaying citrus, ripe stone fruit and tropical green melon notes with a swirl of complexity from wild fermentation, less contact and subtle oak influence. Minimal preservatives and vegan friendly.

Appearance: Dark Purple Res. On Nose: Blackcurrent fruity aroma. On Palate: Full-bodied. Mouthfull: Fairly strong on edge length very good. Pairing with Food: Paring with veal and marm vegitables. Drinks: 2022 - 2024.
