A perfect mix of orange zest, ginger spice and ripe pear combine with notes of vanilla and baked pastry. The palate is richly flavoured and delightfully textured, carrying the opulent spice-poached pear, quince and lemon honey flavours through to a clean crisp finish.

This wine from Vickery displays hallmark Watervale aromas showing pure Riesling characteristics of fresh lemon-lime citrus, floral honeysuckle and a creamy richness. The flavours are fresh lemon citrus, with soft mineral acidity supported by the persistent and mouth-watering finish. An absolute delight to drink in its first flush of youth, but will intrigue and reward with additional complexity upon cellaring for 5-20 years.

With the name of Tim Adams behind this exciting Riesling, it isn't hard to see why many have fallen in love with the wonderful, casual style aromatic white. Rich in lemon curd, lime aromas and flavour and with a touch of sweetness, this wine lends itself to some easy food matching; especially with Asian cuisine. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and red apple aromas intermix with hints of honeysuckle and lime. Delicious juicy pear and red apple fruits drive the mouth watering palate with some delicate infusions of fresh herbs lying underneath. Leonay is one of Australia's classic Rieslings. A wine of great power and elegance with tremendous varietal defintion it can be enjoyed in it's youth but invariably improves in the bottle for many years.

Aromas of freshly cut green apple blend with fennel and vanilla on a complex but restrained nose. The palate bursts with flavours of lime juice and white blossoms. The acid is firm but harmonious and drives the palate long through the finish. The wine finishes with a lovely dryness and feeling of refreshment.

The roots of Sevenhill Cellars go all the way back to the 16th century when a young Spanish courtier called Inigo swapped a life of violence for one dedicated to helping others and co-founded the religious order we know today as the Jesuits. He mistakenly thought the Latin translation of his name was Ignatius and hundreds of years later, the more well-known St Ignatius has stuck fast. Fast forward to Adelaide in 1848, where Jesuit priests struck out North with a group of over 100 German and Silesian migrants. Amid the beautiful rolling hills of the Clare Valley is where they decided to settle and, after purchasing 100 acres of land in 1849, the young priest named the property Sevenhill in honour of the seven hills of Rome. This Riesling enjoys a bright aroma of lime, citrus, mineral and orange blossom. The palate is finely structured with gentle citrus and nectarine fruit flavours, crisp acidity and a clean balanced finish.
