Displaying complex aromas of strawberries and cream with hints of forest floor. The palate is seamless and elegant. Sidewood Sparkling Pinot Noir is sourced from a single vineyard in the cool climate region of the Adelaide Hills. Grapes were selected from low yielding vines and chilled in our cold rooms within an hour of picking, before being gently pressed. Free run juice was then fermented with partial malolactic and extended time on lees prior to secondary fermentation and bottling at our winery at Nairne. This 100% Pinot Noir wine has tantalising aromas of fresh strawberry, wild raspberries and dried fig. The palate is round and beautifully balanced. Intense flavours of cherry, white peach and strawberries are matched with a crisp minerality and a touch of brioche. The natural acidity provides excellent structure and finesse with a luscious, generous mouth feel.

This Wild Ferment Pinot Noir is both delicate in nature and also generous in flavour with fresh cherry and rhubarb characters supported by smooth and silky tannins.

This full-bodied Malbec has a bouquet of black ripe fruits, blackcurrant, juniper, blueberry, pepper and cassis complemented with hints of toasted almond and cigar box from French oak. The balanced palate with ripe oak tannins delivers dark chocolate, mint, black currants and cassis. Enjoy now or will reward with cellaring.

The trailblazers of the Adelaide Hills have created another outstanding wine. A superb expression of modern cool-climate Shiraz; Shaw & Smith is elegantly spicy and brimming with supple red-fruit flavours matched by fine tannins. An absolute ripper.

This is a classic cool-climate medium bodied Australian Shiraz made from our best close planted Shiraz block with approx 4,444 vines per hectare compared to the usual Australian 1,850 vine per hectare all with of focus on high quality low yielding vines allowing the fruit characters to come to the fore. Hand-picked, small batch fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels for approx. 20 months has produced a wine with spice and ripe fruit, white pepper, cloves, cedar, orange peel, blackberry and a combination of strongly savoury and sweeter berried flavours developing into an extremelly interesting wine.

This is a beautiful cool-climate style Cabernet Sauvignon that has gotten better with age and is now coming into its own in terms of style and drinkability. Hand picked and fermented in small open fermentres and then maturation for close to 20 months in French oak barrels has produced a lovely medium-bodied wine with all the clasic Cabernet characters of blackcurrent, red capsicum, roasted nuts, tobacco leaf and bouguet garni with fine tannins.

BUSH Syrah is an elegant and alluring expression of contemporary Australian Shiraz. Bright floral aromatics of wild berries, pepper and earthy spice. Medium bodied and juicy with supple tannins.

High up in the Adelaide Hills, Paracombe is owned and operated by the Drogemuller family, which it has passionately done since 1983. Sourced from both estate and selected grower fruit, Paracombe Shiraz shows wonderful ripe fruit aromas with a delicate cool-climate aspect. Notes of cherries, plums, pepper and spice are notable along with a palate of layered spicy fruit and a fine tannin structure.

Cherry and mulberry flavours, coupled with smoky, earthy notes really give this wine it's edge. Finely balanced with smooth tannins to give you a long and pleasant after taste. From the daughter of the legendary Brian and Fay McGuigan, Lisa McGuigan's Pinot Noir is not one to pass up.
