Aged 4yrs in Sherry Barrels sourced from Frances wine region, our 100% Tasmanian Single Malt Sherry Cask is a delicate and subtle whisky, with a slight aroma of sweetened candied nectar and a dried fruit spice on the nose, with an undertone of butter. This is followed by an extremely smooth palate with sweeten white wines, raisins, pink candy and citrus warmth with just a touch of oak. This water of life tells a story, hence our Tasman Whisky is housed within in a gift box worthy of the high quality tomes of old. Creamy sweet nose, velvet body with a smooth attitude to finish. The nose has a delicate brown sugar sweetness with a delightful floral undertone. Upon tasting you are welcomed with fresh pear and golden apple. Rounding out with hints of wild spice, leather and mineral freshness to finish. Iron House Distillery Port Single Malt Whisky
Aged 4yrs in Portuguese sourced Port barrels and re-conditioned in Tasmania, Iron House pure Tasmanian Single Malt Port Cask is an enticing drop. The initial pour sits in the glass with a reddish orange embered hue and greets the nose with a stone fruit, red wine, buttery, sweetened spiced aroma. A palate of red berried wines, dried dark fruit, orange zest, hazelnut oak warmth with a touch of dark chocolate, tobacco and heat.

Layered notes of green cardamom, fresh lime and lemon, juniper (organic), coriander, a hint of white peppercorn and three cuts of rose makes our gin ideal for creating your favourite cocktail or sipping slowly over ice.

Spring Bay Tasmanian Gin
Family owned Distillery located in Spring Bay Tasmania. Botanicals: 11 including 3 local botanicals (Native Bush Pepper, Lemon Myrtle, Tasmanian Wattleseed). Botanicals are steeped for 24 to 48 hours then additional Juniper and Liquorice Root are vapour infused in the neck of our copper pot still to give a traditional Juniper flavour at the front of the palate through to a sweet liquorice finish. This gin is triple distilled giving the spirit an ultra-smooth flavour despite the higher than normal ABV. Nose: Immediate sweet floral notes of juniper, liquorice and spice. Palate: From a bright and sweet juniper opening, the flavours build across the palate to include perfumed floral notes, bright citrus and a crescendo culminating in a big, warm and comforting glow of star anise and liquorice root. Finish: A round smooth mouthfeel from this oily spirit gives way to a fine clean finish of liquorice and spice.
