Cast your mind back to 1931 and you may remember that it was the year that the Dennery distillery merged with another distillery in St. Lucia to form St. Lucia Distillers (it was the same year that the Empire State Building was completed - in case you need your memory jogged). To celebrate the occasion, St. Lucia Distillers created their 1931 series, and this is the sixth release of excellent St. Lucian rum in the rage.

Back in 1931, the Dennery Distillery was founded in St. Lucia. This year is honoured by St. Lucia Distillers (who were formed by the merger of the Dennery Distillery and other distillery in 1972) with the 1931 series of top notch rums! This is the Fourth Edition from the series.

Our Native Grain is the first whiskey in the world ever to be made with Australian native cereal grains. Robert O'Callaghan's Rockford Basket Press Shiraz is one of the Barossa Valley's most important wines. It entered Langton's Classification of Australian Wine in 2000 and is one of 21 wines in the 1st Classified tier today. It is sold almost exclusively to Rockford's own mailing list customers and is rarely made available to the retail market. Rockford’s squat, high–shouldered brown bottle - reminiscent of 1940s red wine packaging - is instantly recognisable. It has achieved its high status in a relatively short time: the first vintage was 1984.

The world’s first rested, super-premium young potato vodka. Naturally gluten-free, Family Reserve features a special variety of young potato that was planted during the 2016 growing season in the rich, dark soil of the estate fields surrounding the distillery. The potatoes were harvested when they were still young, producing a sweeter tasting profile with delicate earthy notes. The spirit was then left undisturbed in fifty-year-old Polish oak barrels for two years to allow time for it to rest and mellow before being bottled, by hand.
