This elevation provides cooler nights and a greater Mistral effect, which helps dry the vines on dewy mornings, resulting in even better fruit. Over the past decade, the estate has undergone a complete transformation, with state-of-the-art equipment and modern winemaking techniques. From temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to pneumatic presses and next-generation harvesting machinery, every step is taken to ensure the production of the highest quality rosé that only Provence can offer. The domaine's 50-60 year old Grenache vines guarantee the highest quality juice, while the fruit from the younger vines brings a refreshing element to the blend. To maintain the harmony of the land, a busy replanting schedule is in place, replacing up to 4 hectares of vines each year with new ones. In early September, the vineyards come alive with a whirlwind of activity from the break of dawn until noon. A delicate blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes goes into this soft, dry sparkling rosé.

The 2018 Shiraz is full of brambles and blue/black fruits with a spicy lift. Layers of brooding dark fruits, spice and savoury characters are framed in fine oak. The sinewy tannin profile pulls the wine through to a long and moreish finish.

This outstanding Riesling has subdued lavender, fresh herb aromas, lemon blossom while the palate is soft round and smoothed out by a touch of sweetness that is deep and lingering. Before being grasped by a clenched fist of acidity.. The finish is taunt, ultra-crisp with a whisper of sweetness before the zesty dry grip takes over.

Grosset Springvale Riesling from the Clare Valley sub-region of Watervale, takes its name from the Springvale Road vineyard located in the highest part of Watervale. Jeff Grosset's six hectare vineyard produces a wine full of ethereal aromatics, fragrant lemongrass and freshly squeezed lime. Pure lemon flavours over wet pebbles show on the palate that is accented by the wonderful minerality that is the signature of Grosset.

Petaluma Riesling is one of Australia's finest examples of this noble variety. Pale straw in colour the palate exhibits lemon and grapefuit flavours matched by some fresh and racy acidity. Sourced from the home of great Australian Riesling, this trademark Clare Valley aromatic white is wonderful when opened upon release and like all great Rieslings, will develop brilliant toasty characters over a 10 year period in the bottle.

From Kilikanoon’s Clare Valley heartland – this cuvée makes use of fruit from several ‘Settlement’ blocks in Leasingham originally given to soldiers returning from the World Wars. Warm days and cool nights yield Shiraz of terrific power, elegance and length. The use of multiple blocks and careful oak ageing, adds complexity for a rich, satisfying premium Kilikanoon Shiraz full of black fruit and peppery notes.

Located on the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, Domaine de La Croix vineyards face the sea and enjoy optimal conditions for producing fresh and elegant wines. Full of finesse, this wine has lovely fruity notes of citrus, wild peaches and red berries. Long, fresh and round finish, perfect as an aperitif or to pair with grilled fish or prawns, roast meat and stuffed or grilled vegetables.
