Named after Alfred Pizzini's grandmother, this is a medium bodied Sangiovese - warm and humble just like its namesake. Aromas of lightly spiced plums and cherries lead to hints of chocolate, leather and lovely savoury characters. The palate is generous and full flavoured with good length, soft tannins and flavours of plums and cherries.

Coriole has been the pioneer of this variety in Australia - and for good reason! Spicy dark cherry and plum flavours, the palate is perfectly balanced with dusty drying tannins.

The Ethereal One celebrates wines with ethereal qualities - so delicious and graceful in style they seem not to be of this world. This remarkable Fleurieu Sangiovese explodes with aromas of strawberries and raspberries and hints of earthy, forest floor and anise. Red fruits dominate the flavours with layers of complex savoury herbs, and structured chalky tannins create a refreshing finish.

Dal Zotto Sangiovese is mid garnet with a purple hue; the savoury bouquet is immediately reminiscent of Tuscany with briary red fruits, sour cherry in particular, sage and thyme and a little earthy complexity adding interest; the palate is medium-bodied and fleshy on entry, with the crunchy tannin and acid of the variety providing an engaging and savoury platform to conclude; will handle a huge array of flavours, from light to full blooded.

Castelgiocondo is produced from an uncompromising selection of the finest Sangiovese grapes, in a vineyard whose ideal elevation, well-drained soils, and southwest-facing exposure yield all of the qualities that converge to produce the finest expression of this ancient grape variety. The Nugan family named this wine after their grandfather, founder and inspiration - Alfredo Nugan. When a young Alfredo emigrated from Spain in 1940, he had a clear vision of his familys new life in Australia.
