d'Arenberg The Sensorial Surfer Fiano
Organic Chardonnay
Certified Organic grapes were handpicked in the cool early morning and crushed, chilled, and pressed on arrival at the winery. The juice was then transferred into French oak barrels for fermentation. Once fermentation was completed the barrels were stirred weekly, suspending the yeast lees giving the wine extra texture and suppleness. After 6 months in barrel the wine was racked off lees and given a light filter prior to bottling. Light straw in colour with green hues and aromas of bright guava,

Beresford Shiraz
Beresford pride themselves on passionately capturing the pure varietal expression and the essence of their terrior to deliver a Shiraz of timeless elegance and muscular complexity. Quintessentially McLaren Vale, the wine has a rich, full palate brimming with dark berry fruits, coffee and spice characteristics finishing with soft, lengthy tannins. Gemtree Uncut Shiraz
Produced from a mature low yielding vineyard in the heart of McLaren Vale, Gemtree Uncut Shiraz is a superb expression of the region. Generous dark fruits abounds on the palate with fine tannins and balanced acidity, which leads to a lengthy finish.
Flametree Chardonnay
Flametree are nestled in the picturesque Margaret River wine region where they continue to be surrounded by a buzz and excitement centred on the quality wine they are producing. Attention to detail is paramount in the winery where careful site, clonal and oak selections are made to produce exceptional Chardonnay's like this one. Characters of dried pears, grapefruit, melon and fig are balanced with searing acidity and a length of flavour that speaks to its promising future.

A supremely structured Shiraz with juicy, brambly fruit accompanied by an integrated peachiness with delicious length.
Mr Riggs Sticky End Viognier
The Sticky End Viognier is a supremely delicate sticky with finese and elegance. It is inspired by the Italian Passito style, with less botrytis characteristics and more of a typical Viognier. It is a fresh, fragrant style with zest and taste of tangerine with a mouthfeel of marmalade. It is sticky to the end!
