Certified Organic grapes were handpicked in the cool early morning and crushed, chilled, and pressed on arrival at the winery. The juice was then transferred into French oak barrels for fermentation. Once fermentation was completed the barrels were stirred weekly, suspending the yeast lees giving the wine extra texture and suppleness. The Sticky End Viognier is a supremely delicate sticky with finese and elegance. It is inspired by the Italian Passito style, with less botrytis characteristics and more of a typical Viognier. It is a fresh, fragrant style with zest and taste of tangerine with a mouthfeel of marmalade. It is sticky to the end!
