Willunga 100 was born out of the dream and vision of 3 industry icons, David Gleave MW, Michael Hill-Smith MW and John Ratcliffe to produce region specific wines that deliver true Australian value and quality. '100' is a old term used to nominate parcels of important land that had earned their place on the map. The fruit for this award winning Shiraz Viognier comes from the area once known as Willunga 100. A supremely structured Shiraz with juicy, brambly fruit accompanied by an integrated peachiness with delicious length.

One of the earliest and most condensed in history thanks largely to a dry and warm growing season. A very wet July was followed by some of the driest spring months on record, led to some great flavour and colour development and the resulting wines are packed with delicious ripe flavours.

The Serafino Sorrento Chardonnay is a crisp style of white wine, full of flavour and bustling with liveliness just like the Sorrento Township. This is the 1st release of the Serafino Sorrento Chardonnay, a wine that takes a modern twist with exciting new labelling and refreshing winemaking. Sorrento is one Italys most famous towns and one of Serafino (Steve) Maglieris favourite beaches. Perched on top of cliffs that separate the town from the busy marinas below, visitors to Sorrento enjoy the beach lifestyle, and a myriad of bustling bars around the colourful café-lined square. Chapel Hill's 'The MV' range celebrates an exploration of some of McLaren Vales finest vineyard sites. Sourced from a terraced block that is perched above the picturesque Onkaparinga Gorge, resembling a natural amphitheatre for Chardonnay to proudly express both complexity and varietal finesse. Crafted with a gentle patience, using entirely by-hand winemaking techniques, this wine demonstrates the beauty, complexity and character of place, varietal and vintage. To preserve purity and character, this wine is made with minimal additions and is allowed to clarify naturally without the use of fining or filtration - meaning it's suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Pale in colour, this bright, fresh Picpoul has lifted aromas of Spring blossoms, lemon myrtle and lemon zest. The palate displays green apples, honeysuckle, lemon and lime making it a lovely fresh, crisp drinking white wine. Originating from the South of France, Picpoul is famously paired with Oysters and seafood. Best enjoyed chilled.

The iconic stained-glass window at our winery’s historic chapel reads, ‘I am the true vine’. The scripture follows with ‘my father is a vinedresser’.
