Stone fruit and citrus are underpinned by a flinty mineral flavour and toasty complexity. The Bouldevines Vineyard is located at the entrance to the Omaka Valley, inland from the coast. Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a phenomenon – a white wine loved by our thirsty customers. And for good reason. This northern-tip region on New Zealand's South Island delivers wines bounding with fabulous ripe tropical fruit and zingy citrus freshness. Not all, however, get it as right as Hole in the Clouds. The grapes that go into this wine have been lavished with the greatest TLC, to ensure ultra healthy, perfectly ripe berries, every one. What's in the bottle will prove that. Hole in the Clouds is a blast as a glass on its own, and equally delicious with salmon with saucy salsa, barbecued prawns, chicken or Thai green curry.

Rapaura Springs Pinot Noir
'Producing great value Pinot Noir is a tough ask, and so when you do stumble across one it's worth making as much noise as you possibly can about it! To that end, this is lush, textural Pinot where intense sweet cherry fruit is cleverly offset by vibrant acid and a wash of super fine tannin to end. Amazing value and a sure-fire way to impress at your next dinner party.'
