Vibrant passionfruit and tropical notes make this white a treat to drink. Made up of fruit from selected vineyards, this Babich white is a very refreshing wine with plenty to offer.

Fermented and aged in French oak casks for 10 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear and nectarine are followed by hints of dried honey, biscuity oak, citrusy nougat and spice. Mid weighted and carrying a nicely fleshed feel, pear and nectarine fruits are featured over honeysuckle, biscuity nougat and spicy crème brulee characters. Gently creamed medium to long conclusion. Craggy Range Avery Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a true star in the field of New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. This is a wine with quite brilliant structure consisting of a fine line of acid and great minerality. Flavour notes of herbs, wet slate and gooseberry to give some varietal lift.

Voyager Estate in the Margaret River seem to have a mortgage on this style! An attractive herbal edge on the nose is supported by a lemony/minerally palate with terrific acid and length.
