Time has added polish and elegance, lifting the wine to a beautifully balanced, almost ethereal expression of the region. Bin 8 has been crafted in the traditional Penfolds style. Ripe, balanced fruit flavours are supported by softly integrated oak resulting in an impressive, smooth red wine. Textured, plush tannins create a neat and tidy framework to house rich blackberry fruit spiced by derived vanilla pod. Barrel maturation has added a creamy texture and mouthfeel.

Ninth Island Sparkling Rose displays bright lifted aromas of rose petals, fresh strawberry, spice and pouring cream. This wine represents the beauty of Tasmanian Pinot Noir, supported by the fresh zesty structure of Chardonnay. The palate is layered and rich, due to bottling aging on lees, balanced by refreshing natural acidity creating a sparkling wine of texture and poise.

Ninth Island is a classic Tasmanian Sparkling. Apple and pear dominate the nose that is backed by a balanced yeastiness. The palate has good grip and a dry finish. What a little beauty!

Jansz Non Vintage Brut Rosé has a lovely pink colour, strawberries and summer berries on the nose and the palate. Soft, creamy finish. Perfect summer drinking.
