Thiele Road Grenache

The family Grenache block on Thiele Road in Bethany are one of the old vines planted in the 40's and still producing fantastic fruit today. Schwarz has dark inky purple colour with a great aromas of sour cherry, ripe dark fruits and a hint of fresh raspberry on the nose. Although not fruit driven, the red fruits characters are lifted with some earthy oak undertone on the palate. Hint of fresh spices with some subtle tannin towards a rather long finish. A bold wine with a difference.

Zonte's Footstep Chocolate Mousseux Cuvée Shiraz Non-Vintage

'Vin Mousseux' is an umbrella term for all bubbly wines, no matter their production flair. Our Chocolate Mousseux is a quintessential Australian example and one of life's little pleasures. A perennial favourite with all the hallmarks of a bold Shiraz in a moreish, refreshing style. Perfect for warmer weather when full-bodied reds prove a bit of a struggle to enjoy. Capel Vale Regional Cabernet Sauvignon

Another cracker from the guys at Remarkable State Wines. Fruit was selected from both cool and warm climates to provide both a full fruit palate as well as zesty freshness. There's a fine bead, refreshing citrus characters and a crisp fruit driven finish. Its a smaller batch brut cuvee that's really a great all rounder, enjoy on its own or compliment with a mixed platter.

The Remarkable State Origin Chardonnay Pinot Noir Non-Vintage

A careful blend of cool climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, parcels brought together for their varietal distinctiveness and bright zesty characteristics. You'll find citrus zest, stonefruit and lifted green apple flavours followed by a refreshing finish. Small batch fine winemaking from the dynamic team at Remarkable State Wines.

Derwent Estate Sparkling

Aromas of nougat, brioche, sea spray. On the palate, cut apple, fine bead, creamy, toasty and fresh finish. The relatively high percentage of Pinot Noir presents bottle age characters early delivering a wine of superior complexity. The minimal handling of the base wine delivers a creamy mousse.
