This Rosé is crafted from hand-picked grapes that are gently whole bunch pressed before cool fermentation.This pretty pink wine showcases the fresh house style of Jansz Tasmania, whilst showcasing the beguiling aromatics inherent to Tasmanian sparkling Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is the hero variety with delicious flavours of strawberries and cream, rose petals and musk being predominant. The palate is creamy and textured, whilst retaining an elegant vibrancy and freshness.

Made by the nicest man in the business Kym Teusner, this Sparkling Shiraz was made to go with a hearty Barossa Breakfast. However if you don't live in the Barossa, we suggest you drink it at your leisure. Full bodied and juicy, its another wonderful wine from this wonderful producer.
