A light straw colour with a fine persistent bead. The nose is lifted with a rich yeast autolysis character and hints of citrus and apple. The palate is full bodied, complex and rich with prominent lemon and lime flavours and a bready character that lingers. The palate is creamy and elegant with a crisp, dry finish and refreshing acidity.

A sparkling Shiraz rosé which rested on lees for four years before disgorgement and with a minimal dosage of only one gram. It smells of strawberries and cherries but with an underlying sense of savoury dried herbs. In the mouth it is both ripe and textural with the merest hint of tannin.

Bright, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Aroma typical and refined with fruity green apples, pear, citrus fruits and floral white flowers, acacia, wisteria and lily of the valley notes, sage and spices in the finish.

The freshness on the palate comes from the Chardonnay in the blend and this also brings elegance to the finished wine.
