An iconic Australian blend and one of the most popular wines from Penfolds' Koonunga Hill range, this Shiraz Cabernet offers exceptional value. The wine is loaded with raspberry, mulberry and redcurrant are supported by a whisper of grainny tannins and well integrated oak backbone.

The Evans & Tate Gnangara Shiraz's spicy aromas are combined with peppery, savoury notes and the flavours of ripe red berries are fresh and lively with light tannins on the finish.

The bouquet is layered with abundant aroma's of plum pudding, cigar box, blackberries & chocolate. It has an excellent length of flavour, velvety tannins and hints of smoky oak. 71% Shiraz and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon are separately fermented & matured in a combination of new French & American oak before final blending.

This is a wine of intense blackberry fruit, dark chocolate and spice on the nose and palate. The fine tannins, acids and excellent fruit weight will ensure excellent mid term cellaring with the added bonus of no preservatives for those who are sensitive to sulphur.

Seemingly bold, yet irresistably delicate, this Pinot Noir is lighter in alcohol and full of flavour, dusplay notes of fresh red berry fruits that develop onto the palate leaving a clean finish.

Forester Estate is owned by Vignerons Kevin and Jenny McKay. It’s situated in Yallingup, in the northern Margaret River region. Kevin’s motto is to build complexity and texture into his wines literally from the ground up! The superb wines are made by Todd Payne who has had “a distinguished career, starting in the Great Southern, then the Napa, Plantagenet, Esk Valley in Hawke’s Bay, and on to the Northern Rhône” (Halliday). Tempus Two Merlot is deliciously ripe, lovely flavours of mulberry fruit with some earthiness and spice. Soft tannins complement the finish.

With spicy raisin flavours infused seamlessly with specially selected spirits, Lindemans Gentleman's Collection is matured in seasoned oak. The result is a soft, rounded Tawny with a long, nutty finish.

Tempus Two Varietals Tempranillo is produced with expert winemaking techniques including the co-fermentation of crushed grapes in stainless steel tanks. Defined by its rich balance of raspberry, plum and black cherry flavours, this wine is perfect to enjoy with tapas style meals.
