Capel Pisco Reservado Transparent Pisco
A pisco that is born from the Pedro Jimenez variety, a Creole grape born in Chile that is characterized by its neutrality. This 100% double distilled product rests in stainless steel tanks to preserve its authentic purity and elegance, which transforms it into an ideal Pisco for cocktails where it combines very well with fruits, especially citrus fruits. Nose: Pungent, bright, and highly conceptual, this pisco had a distinct grape and oak element with undertones of vanilla, cinnamon, and caramel. Palate: The soft oil and sweet oak opens up a different world of flavour in the mouth. As it slides down the throat, the vanilla and direct grape notes are balanced by the pepper and spice. The strong flavours are accented by light tones of oak, which add elegance to the overall flavour.

Our recipe stands the test of time as it is one of the oldest traditional French recipes of the 1850’s. Using a series of botanicals including wormwood, anise, and fennel, it produces a smooth, herbaceous flavour with a punchy finish. Enjoy the traditional way with sugar & some ice-cold water.
