Pizzini are one of the country's leaders in Prosecco. Il Soffio (the breath) is named for the gentle breeze that blows through the King Valley in the evening.Very pale straw. Fragrant lift of jasmine, green apple and white peach. Fine-boned and elegant with a bright mix of white fruit, grapefruit and a nutty layer, soft creamy texture and tightly wound acidity.

Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.

“A premium prosecco – why not? A drier prosecco than usual, bringing gravitas to the style, with a smarter, tighter line and length. No simple lemonade characters here, but rather some depth in aroma and flavour. Granny Smith apples, grapefruit, pear skin, preserved lemon. Zesty, bright on the palate but settles into a citrus-infused, lemon-tart line of flavour with a waxy mouthfeel. Definitely a step up in poise and elegance for the variety.” Jeni Port

Lovely pale Rosé colour. Exciting nose of peach, pomegranate and wild herb. Textural, spicy, calm, creamy, soft and very delicious.Compliments Chicken with Moroccan couscous.

Crafted in the distinctive Redbank style, it's fruit forward, dry, crisp and teeming with complexity. The nose shows aromas of orange blossom, sherbet and citrus with a subtle note of strawberry. The palate shows clean and fresh natural acidity with notes of white stone fruit and lemon zest. As this wine ages it is developing its complexity with nougat and brioche notes appearing all while still having that classic Redbank backbone of natural acidity.

A light straw colour with a fine persistent bead. The nose is lifted with a rich yeast autolysis character and hints of citrus and apple. The palate is full bodied, complex and rich with prominent lemon and lime flavours and a bready character that lingers. The palate is creamy and elegant with a crisp, dry finish and refreshing acidity.

De Bortoli Bella Riva Sangiovese flaunts a beautiful red colour when poured into a glass. The wine's bouquet is absolutely stunning with vibrant aromas of red berries, plums, bitter chocolate and earth. The palate is rich and lush with delightful flavours of red fruits, enhanced by excellent texture and a remarkable length.
