Produced using equal portions of whole bunch and destemmed fruit along with indigenous yeasts and minimalist wine making techniques of pump overs and aerations reducing to irregular pumch down in a combination of new and aged French oak. MLF was undertaken in barrel and the wine was left on full lees for approx. 14 months before racking and bottling unfiltered and unfinned.

Barbadillo, an established quality Sherry producer since 1821, continue to produce some of the 'Jerez Triangle's' best examples for great prices. Proud to introduce their "reserve" level Pedro Ximenez, La Cilla, to our range, this exotic Sherry is made using sun-dried racking which emparts a luscious rainened flavour up front. On the wonderfully viscous palate, sultana flavours come to the fore with obvious notes of caramel. The wine though is beautifully balanced with sweetness that is not over the top in any way. Perfect served over some rich vanilla bean ice-cream!

Maidenii Dry was created with the martini in mind. However the versatility of this style means that it is just as delicious drunk straight, with a dash of tonic or with a larger measure of gin.

'The Tawny' Port is Graham's signature blend matured for 7-9 years in seasoned oak casks. It has a deep golden-amber colour and a complex nose full of orange peel, cinnamon, prunes, raisins and figs followed by a full body with generous flavour and a long, clean finish.

De Bortoli 'Old Boys' 21 Year Old Tawny is a classic tawny from the producer of some of Australia's premier styles. An array of aromas are on display with dark raisined fruits, mocha, hints of vanilla and nutty aged barrel characters. On the palate the flavours of mocha continue with a richly concentrated texture. A supreme long length leaves you with a smooth and lingering finish.

With a dark, red colour, Grahams Natura is faithful to Grahams traditional style. It has a wonderfully fresh, floral and elegant nose, followed by a rich, sweet and fruity palate. Made with organically farmed grapes and the highest possible attention to detail.

Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.

The Savaterre vineyard is elevated at 430m above sea level and is farmed along organic principles. No pesticides are used. An incredibly complex, lifted, lively and intense nose. Exotic aromas of smoked meats, dried red rose, allspice, clove, dark plum, dark cherry ,blackberry, mulberry, mandarin, violets, sandalwood, bay and funky undergrowth. This aroma really revs me up, it continues to evolve as time goes by. This wine is alive! Complexity, poise, sinewy acid, fine tannins wrapped around a sleek core of pristine dark fruit. The Grahams Tawny Ports rival their vintages Ports by always exceeding minimum standards for age and quality of the material. This Tawny shows surprising qualities of age and sheer quality of the blend. It has rancio, toffee and the classic cherry skin/nutty combo of Portuguese Port. The palate is generous, showing sweetness but cleverly staying just shy of sticky, with a fine drying, tingling finish.

Sánchez Romate NPU Amontillado show vivid amber tones, almond aromas with a touch of oak and the taste is dry, persistent and unusually delicate.
