The Hip Sip Muscat has a rich amber colour. Aromas of raisins, candied peel and spice with notes of sweet butterscotch. The palate is intense showing the benefit of time in barrel with concentrated fruit and lovely balanced sweetness. Hip Sip does its ageing in the old oak barrels prior to bottling and will not age further in the bottle. Once opened it should be consumed in about a month.

Our Tempranillo offering is a mid-weight wine, visually appealing with a gorgeous ruby-red hue. The wine is soft and inviting, with hints of cherry and clove on the palate. This is a lighter style Tempranillo, rarely experienced outside of Spain. A delicate wine, showing balance between earth and fruit with gentle tannins that linger.

Wynns Coonawarra Pedro Ximenez

Malt, toffee and caramel characters lead, with lovely clean spirit lifting up florals and hints of rancio and raisin. The palate is elegant, fresh and smooth with spicy complex toffee and fish oil. A round and rich mid palate is made tight with clear fine spirit, and creamy intense malt notes stretch for a long, clean finish. Pair with dry coconut ice cream, dark chocolate ganache and baked apple or bitey cheddar with figs, dates and prunes.

Carpano Antica Formula, first created in 1786, is an authentic Italian vermouth recipe and one of the first vermouth ever made. It is made from white wine, Piedmont's muscatel and the rich wines from southern Italy. It is produced in limited quantities with expert craftsmanship. Premium handcrafted wines from the undulating hills of Shelley's Vineyard. Hand selected premium parcels of fruit, using traditional winemaking practices has resulted in wine of the highest quality. Our Durif is grown on the De Bortoli Shelley’s vineyards on the eastern edge of the Rutherglen region. The site has an interesting gravel, clay and alluvial soil mix with different aspects which helps generate different flavour profiles. Deep dark brooding red with vibrant red hues. This Renaissance Durif has balanced dark berry, chocolate, and licorice with the integrated oak. The grainy tannins are lip coating and are integrated into the soul of the wine. The wine has intensity and power which lingers long after tasting. Complex aromas of dark berries, plums, prunes, licorice with nuances of dried tobacco.

Grahams 'The Tawny' Port

'The Tawny' Port is Graham's signature blend matured for 7-9 years in seasoned oak casks. It has a deep golden-amber colour and a complex nose full of orange peel, cinnamon, prunes, raisins and figs followed by a full body with generous flavour and a long, clean finish.

Named in honour of Patricia Brown, the fruit for this exceptional white wine consists of 57% from the Brown Brothers Whitlands vineyard and the balance from Coombe Farm vineyard located in the Yarra Valley.
