Sánchez Romate NPU Amontillado show vivid amber tones, almond aromas with a touch of oak and the taste is dry, persistent and unusually delicate.

Oscar.697 Rosso has a strong notes of Absinthe, Rhubarb and Licorice. It is 16% ABV with the same relatively low sugar percentage as the Bianco. Its rich colour is obtained naturally using burnt sugar, without added dyes or synthetic caramel.

Oscar·697 Bianco has a strong notes of Bergamot, Yarrow Muscat and Elderflower. It is 16% ABV, while the sugar level is kept relatively low at 14% to ensure the final product is drier and more bitter than other labels.

Penfolds Father Grand Tawny pays tribute to 169 years of winemaking excellence. A blend of many outstanding tawny components separately matured in seasoned old oak casks, with a minimum blended average age of ten years. Made from Muscadelle grapes, this wine has spent an average of 12 years in oak barrels, giving it complex flavours of honey and malt which combine to deliver a full flavoured wine with a sweet but clean finish. Ideal for after dinner.

A light straw colour with a fine persistent bead. The nose is lifted with a rich yeast autolysis character and hints of citrus and apple. The palate is full bodied, complex and rich with prominent lemon and lime flavours and a bready character that lingers. The palate is creamy and elegant with a crisp, dry finish and refreshing acidity.

A sparkling Shiraz rosé which rested on lees for four years before disgorgement and with a minimal dosage of only one gram. It smells of strawberries and cherries but with an underlying sense of savoury dried herbs. In the mouth it is both ripe and textural with the merest hint of tannin.

Peter Graham worked at Beechworth icon, Giaconda for 13 years. Now out on his own, this new venture not only shows his skillful winemaking but captures the essence of the region and the reason its so renowned. Balanced, peppery, has good power and lots of smoky, meaty tannin, showing blueberries, blackberried and black cherries.
