Absolut Elyx is a new super-premium single-batch vodka from the makers of Absolut. Every batch is produced in a hand-operated still from 1929, with columns, pumps and hand-forged pipes made of copper, making use of coppers natural purifying properties. It is the result of genuine craftsmanship and manual operation in every detail of the process. Only natural ingredients are used and every part of the production, from planting of the first wheat seeds to bottling, is performed within a 25km radius in the Ahus region of Southern Sweden. Pot still is an equipment used to distill spirits. It is a slower process and had to be done in batches in a single distillery. Green Spot is an Irish whiskey that mixed pot still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years, in order to find the perfect balance on the smell and taste. It opens up with notes of orchard fruits, sweet spices and toasty oak. Full body and a lasting pleasant finish with flavours of warm spices and barley.

The Whistler 5 Year Old Bodega Cask Single Malt is a triple distilled whiskey that has been wholly matured in the finest Spanish Sherry Butts for its whole life. These butts were sourced from our partners in the famed Bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera.

Nose: Salted caramel and vanilla jump out of the glass with light oak spices and undertones of zesty citrus, honey and a hint of nuts. Palate: Honey and creamy vanilla come to the fore with light oak spices that are all followed by the zesty citrus peel. A deliciously drinkable whiskey.

The Pasilla Mixe chilli is the hero here. Sourced directly from the Mixe farmers on the Sierra Norte mountains, we macerate the smokey chillis in a special alcohol made from Danish heritage Purple Wheat and organic malted barley. After distillation those same chillis are then used to make a Pasilla Mixe kombucha which is also distilled and then blended in to adjust the alcohol percentage.

Pearse 5yr - Original - is a malt and grain whiskey blend, aged in former Bourbon and Kentuckey Bourbon Barrel Stout barrels for a minimum of 5 years.TASTING NOTESNose: this whiskey has a slightly citrus note with a rich vanilla aroma.
