2023 was a cool vintage that produced exceptional wines across all varieties. Despite the delayed harvest caused by the cooler growing season, we were fortunate to have a mild summer with just a few hot days that allowed our fruit to mature gradually. Consequently, our wines boast complex and elegant flavours, fine tannins, and beautiful natural acidity.

New from De Bortioli, crafted from a distinct blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah, Chill No Chill can be enjoyed chilled or not chilled - offering you the best of both worlds all year round. Chill ~ 10-14°C: When this wine is chilled, you will experience a fresh, supple, spicy and gentle red wine. No Chill ~ 18-20°C: When not chilled, this wine is spectacularly fragrant, thoughtful, calm, so alluring and expressive. Deeply perfumed, with violets and red fruits - sheer deliciousness.

On the palate, there’s red and blue fruits, wet stone and a savoury spice structure from considered new French oak. Aromatic, energetic and silky with wonderful length showcasing site and region.

100% Barrel Aged and hand picked from old vines within the Yarra Valley. Pale brick red color and spicy fruit aroma that holds forest like notes of strawberries. Both tannins of subtle oak and fruit are a good follow through. A very satisfying Pinot.

This is the Australian benchmark for bubbles in this price range and will hold its position as the ever-reliable party favourite. The Chandon Rose is pink in colour and delivers enticing aromas of freshly baked pastry and nougat along with spice notes and hints of cherry and ripe strawberry. The palate is multi-layered with mouth-filling red berry flavours complemented by toasty characters. A beautifully structured mid-palate is supported by savoury spice and fine creamy notes.

This is a typical cool climate Yarra Valley Pinot Noir with aromas of cherries and summer berries and hints of spice and oak. The palate is bright with red fruits and soft tannin. This is a versatile wine that will match well with many foods; try it with a charcuterie platter, pizza/pasta and porcini mushrooms or barbecued meats.

Scott McCarthy of Helen's Hill crafts a fine range of small batch, single site wines, and this 'Long Walk' Pinot shows the essence of the Yarra Valley from start to finish.Medium density ruby. Dark cherry, cinnamon, graphite and smokey oak. Medium-bodied yet full of flavour, showing cherry, blood plum, blueberry and mocha, tight acidity, fine yet firm tannins and attractive charry oak support.

Fruit for this wine was hand-selected from our single-site Yarra Valley vineyard. The wine was aged in both seasoned French barriques and state of the art stainless steel tanks for four months. Pale straw in colour, notes of green apple and citrus with hints of blossom. The palate is generous with firm acidity.
