Tsantali Imiglykos

In Greek 'glykos' means sweetening. This wine is made from local varieties and while not like a dessert wine, it certainly has a decent amount of residual sugar.

Carpineto Dogajolo

This terrific Tuscan blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet offers raspberry and cherry aromas. The palate is lean and lively with red berry fruits and plum pudding flavours. Now sealed under screw-cap, it's fresher and more vibrant than ever!

Cow Bombie Cabernet Merlot

The typical Margaret River Cabernet characters of red berries and leafiness are neatly balanced with the softer, plummy notes of Merlot.

Devils Vine GSM

Devil's Vine is one hell of a wine. This devilish drop is approachable yet complex, juicy yet smooth and intensely satisfying. This wine has lifted raspberry, red cherry and complex earthy notes. A juicy and generous palate of red and black fruit complimented by chocolate, musk, aniseed with hints of leather.

Franklin Tate Estates Shiraz

The Tate name is synonymous with Margaret River after John Tate helped create arguable the regions most well-known winery, Evans & Tate. Today, Franklin Tate has brought the Tate name back to life with new, exciting terroir driven wines. Franklin painstakingly selected the very best vineyard sites, those that held unique micro-sites within them to enable him to achieve his goal of producing some of the regions best wines. This Shiraz was picked at optimum ripeness and fermented with 10% whole bunch. French barriques were used in the fermentation process to give a softness to the palate, as was a small percentage of Viognier. The result is a great Margaret River Shiraz with grounded savoury notes along with ripeness and spicy lift.

Red Knot Cabernet Sauvignon

McLaren Vale reds are known for generosity of fruit. Red Knot Cabernet, with it's cassis, dark berried characters and a lingering finish, has the added bonus of being terrific value for money.

Ciao Bella Sangiovese

The Ciao Bella Sangionvese epitomizes the age old Italian tradition of 'Bella Figura' (good image). This wine is rich deep and vibrant and full of gusto, perfect with a pizza or pasta and a classic Fellini.

Trentham Estate Merlot

The warm even climate of the Murphy family's Trentham vineyard is ideally suited to producing rich softly textured Merlot with toasty oak and berry flavours - great with lamb!

Cold Hands & Warm Heart Grenache

Bright red hues, with red-licorice and savoury spice aromas. The palate is mid bodied in style, rounded and soft with sweet fruits, finishing with a refreshing lightness. Deliciously crunchy and bright, this Grenache was picked early to preserve natural acidity and to give its juicy, red-fruit driven palate. Made from South Australian grenache grapes, bottled young and recommended to be served with a chill. Light in colour and style, flavours of red plum and cherry with a soft acidity. When chilled, red fruit flavours are fresh and distinguished.
