HM 2022 Pinot Noir Gin has been hand crafted by steeping hand picked single vineyard Victorian Pinot Noir grapes with our famous HM No 6 Rare Dry Gin. At the completion of the steeping process the grapes were separated from the resultant gin and then hand pressed to extract all remaining juice. The juice was combined with the gin to ensure that none of the mouth-watering juices were spared and to give the gin it’s warm rich colour. We are beyond proud of HM 2022 Pinot Noir gin. It is elegant and aromatic, has great depth of flavour on the palate and is incredibly smooth. Those lucky enough to have tasted the pre release samples have scored this gin a ten out of ten. This is a very limited release with just 130 bottles of HM 2022 Pinot Noir gin on offer for sale.

Something a bit special, complex with a lingering cardamom heat, at 57.2% it has a bit of a kick.
