Aged 15 months in oak, this wine displays green apple and hints of toasted oats on the nose, which comes through on the palate giving apple strudel flavours.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of green apple, red apple skin and orange zest have a subtle waxy overlay with hints of pear also evident.
