The Mangan Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is the sibling to the Cullen Vineyard version and shares the same level of elegance and flavour precision. Add to that precision an added layer of complexity and texture on the palate and you have what many consider to be Western Australia's premier 'classic dry white'.

Forester Estate Sauvignon Blanc has clean aromas with underlying richness and varietal fruit characters of lychee and passionfruit. There's a subtle hint of blackcurrant along with lime and well integrated cedar oak. There is a herbaceous thread through the wine of pea shell and nettle along with underlying wood smoke. On the palate, full and textured with a rich creamy texture. There is lychee, lemon thyme, nettle, roasted red capsicum and passionfruit along with balanced cedar oak and wood smoke.

Delicate floral aromas of honeysuckle, apricot, and lemon zest. Flavours of stone fruit, lychee and pear combine in a silky and seamless manner. Pinot Gris & Gewürztraminer - picked and pressed together to stainless steel where the juice was given extended contact with solids for 10 days prior to ferment, with a portion going to ceramic eggs to undergo cool and slow ferment in contact with skins for 2 weeks. Riesling - natural ferment in tank with low juice solids at a cool cellar temperature. Subtle and fresh, yet layered, this vibrant summertime white melds an array of riotous fruit with mouth-watering acidity and silky texture. It is a sensory journey on which one is carried from Pinot Gris’ classic pear, apple, and exotic sweet spice aromas to Gewürztraminer’s rose petal and white pepper tones. The palate is tightened by Riesling’s bright acidity and zesty flavours. Guided by a fine acid line, the midpalate unveils an almost oily texture and supple fruit weight, striking the perfect balance between bright and rich. An abundance of orchard fruit collides with tropical fruit punch and refreshing minerality to create an eminently appealing wine with a citrus-filled finish.

One of the best value Margaret River Chardonnays out there. Michael Kerrigan is doing an amazing job producing Chardonnays of elegance. Hay Shed Hill has delicate grapefruit and stone fruit flavours on the palate. And these flavours are matched with fine, minerally acidity with suble oak towards the finish.

TASTING:Bursting with lively aromas of fresh-cut grass alongside crushed mint, gooseberry and white florals. The palate is fresh and lively, with notes of passionfruit, guava and tropical fruit. Its textural quality enhances the complexity and balance of the wine, ensuring it is thoroughly enjoyable. WINEMAKING:Grapes are harvested at night, crushed and pressed. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatics and flavours of this wine. The uniqueness of the Sav Blanc is the secret blend of other varietals giving brightness and complexity.

Tasting: This Chardonnay captures the very essence of what Margaret River Chardonnay is highly regarded for while simutaneaously including a modern palate. Great fruit expression with creamy stone fruit and fresh apple melded with bright citrus with a hint of tropical fruit. Rich mouthfeel and rounded palate siplaying hints of vanilla and butterscotch. Winemaking:Mostle machine harvested at night with some early morning handpicked fruit. Pressed into stainless steel tanks to settle, then racked to barrel while still hazy for wild ferment, allowing natural expression. Aged in a mix of old and new French barrels, with some lees stirring to build up texture and creaminess. Barrels carefully selected and blended to create the desired Chardonnay.
