This best-of-vintage Shiraz from Wynns Coonawarra Estate is produced with grapes of extraordinarily high quality. It's great value whether you drink it now or cellar on the short term.

This iconic Australian label is remarkably consistent. The 2012 offers juicy boysenberry, spice and meaty touches, and a medium-bodied, soft, juicy mouthful is trimmed in ripe tannins.All of our Museum Release wines are kept in a special vault with an environment that is both temperature and humidity controlled. The temperature is set to a constant 14 degrees – ideal for maturing wine. They are then tested regularly throughout the year, with each wine documented, marked for when it should be checked again and released at the optimal drinking age.

Bowen Estate Shiraz shared similar firm structure as it's sibling, the Cabernet Sauvignon. It's lifted aromas of ripe black fruits, warming spices and hint of earthy background makes it a welcoming drink with hearty food.

The Vitulus 20 displays a dark ruby colour, with aromas of fresh red fruits such as juicy plum and cranberry, followed by subtle touches of forest floor. The palate presents fresh red cherry and juicy plum, complemented by hints of black pepper spice. Fine-grained tannins and subtle toasted oak create a layered wine with length and persistence.

As with its Caberent Sauvignon sibling the Coonawarra Series Shiraz is made in a ripe, generous style with classic spicy varietal characteristics and definitive structure. Showing great depth of flavour, the palate is host to notes of cherry, mulberry and hazelnut with an underlying cool, mineral line and fine oak tannin. Parker Estate is a wine that's very approachable in its youth but can also be cellared short to medium term.

The Bryson Family vineyard produces superb fruit in the heart of South Australia, which is then handcrafted by winemaker Ben Riggs. Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz is an explosion of ripe dark berry fruits on the palate. Full bodied and ready to go this wine certainly delivers in spades.

The rich palate shows berry fruit flavour and soft ripe tannins. The finish is also soft and long. This is a classical Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon exhibiting elegance with excellent flavour and structure. Savour a Gold-medal, sumptuous and high-scoring Coonawarra Shiraz from Reschke and the 2016 vintage. “Gorgeously maturing…opulent mouthfeel…96pts” (Sam Kim, Wine Orbit). As cattle graziers in the Coonawarra since 1906, the bull has been part of the Reschke family heritage for over 100 years. You'll find a golden bull on the label and wine names always with a connection to their background too. Armenta means 'herd' in Latin. As Sam Kim points out this is maturing ecellently and Shanteh Wale in The Hallliday Wine Companion adds that "... this is drinking very well now."

A medium bodied wine generously flavoured with chocolate and dark berry fruit flavours. A perfect accompaniment of everything from pizza to aged cheddar and the winemaker's choice, pecorino.

Penola is one of the original producers in Coonawarra and they have a long and healthy track record with their Cabernet. This wine is elegant and well balanced with loads of dark fruits, a decent dollop of spicy oak and impressive length and character. It is medium bodied and finishes with nice some tannic grip. This is a Coonawarra Cabernet that will save on the purse strings and amaze the senses. Pairs up perfectly with a rich beef dish.
