This is a typical cool climate Yarra Valley Pinot Noir with aromas of cherries and summer berries and hints of spice and oak. The palate is bright with red fruits and soft tannin. This is a versatile wine that will match well with many foods; try it with a charcuterie platter, pizza/pasta and porcini mushrooms or barbecued meats.

Medium colour with magenta hues. Hints of blackberry balanced with leafy herbal aromas and some cedar. Similar flavours to the aromas, with black currants and dried herbs. Medium weight with soft tannins and a lingering finish.

Aroma: Aroma of plum, black currant, black berry, green pepper and oak. Palate: This outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon shows juicy red and black berry fruits follow through to the palate, which is supple and savory with thick, powdery tannins. Rich and layered wine that showcase the region of Yarra Valley at its best.

Very pale salmon, some light red hues. Red fruits, raspberry, cranberry, a touch of liquorice, some light spice and earth. Pinot Noir is apparent on the front palate, with berries, fluffy talc and crystalline texture. The Grenache brings weight through the middle, a riot of red fruits and tarry spice. Mourvèdre fills the rear, with lovely fine extract framing the palate and adding length. A harmonious and very fine Minnow Rosé by Shadowfax: complex, dry and delicious.
