Bright crimson in colour with a garnet hue, Lifted fruit aromatics of crushed strawberry , raspberry and pomegranate, with a floral perfume note and hints of green

Bright, red cherry. Savoury spices and mixed dired herbs. Elegant and Pretty with a mixture of dark cherry fruit and savoury spices. Lovely red berry fruit over-layered with dried herbs and subtle vanillan oak. Rich and mouthfilling, the middle palate extends to a long elegant finish.

Very pale salmon, some light red hues. Red fruits, raspberry, cranberry, a touch of liquorice, some light spice and earth. Pinot Noir is apparent on the front palate, with berries, fluffy talc and crystalline texture. The Grenache brings weight through the middle, a riot of red fruits and tarry spice. Mourvèdre fills the rear, with lovely fine extract framing the palate and adding length. A harmonious and very fine Minnow Rosé by Shadowfax: complex, dry and delicious.

From Victoria's first vineyard comes Little Yering, a bright, youthful and delicious Pinot Noir from Victoria's home for the variety, the Yarra Valley. Sourced from vineyards in the upper Yarra and the valley floor itself to provide a perfect balance between lifted aromas and notes of savouriness along with lush, rich and mouth-filling juice from the flats.

On the palate: Vibrant and fresh, supple and juicy with ripe cherry and plum varietals, subtle stalky complexity, warm earthy notes, nicely integrted vanillin oak and savoury persistence. A complete wine - powerful yet refined, complex and layered with full Pinot Noir charm on show.

The wine is vibrant ruby in colour. It displays notes of blueberries and strawberries on the nose. Crafted from three premium Yarra Valley sites, combining both MV6 and D2V4 (pommard) Pinot Noir clones. The first parcel was hand-picked on the 20th of February, with the final parcel coming in on the 1st of April. All batches were fermented wild utilising different ratios of whole-bunches, the final blend equating to 25%. Matured in French oak puncheons (30% new), where it saw 10 months élevage prior to bottling.

One of the Yarra Valley's up and comers, the Punt Road Shiraz is almost black in colour with aromas of cassis and a whiff of licquorice. A palate of plush plums and blackcurrant follows with flash of peppery spice. Kate Goodman continues to do a stellar job at one of the Yarra Valley's best wineries.
