Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Blossoming out of the glass with ample intensity are aromatics of pear, red apple and honeysuckle followed by a whiff of musk. Delicious pear and apple fruits have a fleshy textural feel with subtle honeysuckle, light musk and spice in the background. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long well rounded aftertaste. Zilzie's Cabernet Sauvignon has generous layers of rich dark berry fruits, delicate tannins and an elegant touch of oak. The palate of menthol and mint are balanced by ripe blackcurrant and plum.
