The Lisa Mcguigan Platinumclaudius Vegan Chardonnay 2019 is a delight for the senses. Allandale from the Hunter Valley produce a lovely Chardonnay that has a great full body to it with nuances of peach and apricot and nice level of complexity due to the new American and French oak employed.

Using fruit sourced from the best parcels of cool-climate Victorian Chardonnay and following the traditional method, the 100% Chardonnay sparkling is classic in nature with notes of subtle peach and lemon. The finish is textural and engaging, yet with bold natural acidity.
